I have managed to fix my scanner for the time being. That means three RAWs of Loveless (since there wasn't a Loveless chapter last month). I'll pass them along to Kaze, who will translate them when she has time. She's a teacher in Japan, and you know how busy teachers are. I would say expect them to be translated in a month at the latest. I'll let you know what Kaze's estimate is.

The translator has started school. Thus, translations have slowed to a halt. I do have the translations for episode 3 now, though. However, if anyone wants to help translate the very boring and repetitive Time Loop Arc, please let me know in

. If you do decide to translate, keep in mind there ARE changes in the dialogue. As an example, at one part Haruhi says, "These are my proxies." It's vague. The next episode she says, "These two are my proxies." So you can of course use one translated episode as a base and see what the changes are.
Princess Lover
Technically, we haven't started it. I do have translations for the first two episodes, but I don't want it to end up like Haruhi and... yeah. Again, another translator would be great, although not necessary unless we can catch up to the current episode.
GENERAL
If you haven't noticed yet, we need more translators! Translators are the lifeblood of any fansubbing site. All we're asking for is 30 minutes (if you're super speedy) to 2-3 hours of your time per week. Fluency in Japanese is kind of required (as we're aiming for correctness as opposed to speed... clearly. We are SO behind.
In addition to translators, we can also use more timers. Why? Because it's just me. Poor Raserei Hojo is the only timer of Shoku-dan, and pretty much always has been with a few exceptions when I was dying and ill, etc. Timing is really easy, but time intensive. It takes me anywhere from an hour to two hours to time each episode without distractions. If you don't know how, I can always teach you. If you're afraid of making mistakes or are new to timing, don't worry; a few people will watch the episode when it's complete to see if there are typos, mistimes, etc.

MASCOT
Shoku-dan is also looking for pretty credit pages. If you can draw and generally have an idea of what credit pages (specifically for manga) look like, post it in the forums (yes, you'll have to make an account, but you should join and be active in the forums anyway!) so others can see. If we (the staff and the fans) like it, we'll use it! You will receive credit for your artwork, of course. Keep in mind that we need an area clutter-free (so an area that's faded out, white, etc -- an area where you can clearly read text) so we can put the credits.
Requirements: Size: No Restriction Rating: G~PG-13 Subject: It can be abstract if you want. If you do want to draw people, they need to be male. They don't have to be doing anything, and it can just be one male, but since we scanlate Loveless, fansubbed Kyou Kara Maou, and most of the fans are shounen-ai fans anyway... It is definitely preferable. Besides, too many mascots are females, anyway! Note: It needs to be an original character if you draw a person. So no ripping a character off from another show in an obvious manner.
